When people are born, usually the baby (you) is the one that is crying. While everyone (most of the time) is smiling with the new creation of life. In contrast, when dying, the opposite is usually what occurs.
Personally when I want to die, I was always taught for my loving members to be the ones crying, while I’m the one that should be smiling.
You may ask: “Why should I be the one smiling?”. Because when I die, I don’t want any regrets, burdens, asks, wants, or any needs. I want to be able to let everything go, and I know I can’t speak for everyone, but you should aspire for that as well.
I would like for everyone to cry and relive and reflect on what I have left for them as a gift. Something for them to think of me and rediscover some mysteries I have left back.
The concept behind letting go and dying without any regrets is to understand nothing is permanent. Your riches, wealthiness, social status, as well as yourself will never exist eternally.
Using this philosophy, the art of release will bring you peace, giving you a peaceful mindset, knowing you have done everything and anything you ever wanted to do in life, for your family and friends. This ultimately would bring the scene of your loved ones crying while you smile in the background, truly showing that they very much love you as you drift away into your afterlife path.
