Ever since 2 years ago, students have been granted the ability to showcase their discipline and morals for the sake of procuring an imaginary currency known as “Wolfies”. In the past, Wolfies could be used as compensation for tickets to events, and supposedly to buy supplies and other miscellaneous items, although many people knew little about where or when you could buy such things, consequenting in it appearing more like a rumor. But now, times have changed with the introduction of the “Wolfies Store”. Run by some of our very own Dean of Cultures, as well as student volunteers, this windowside shop sells a variety of snacks, gift cards, and school merchandise to those who have the necessary Wolfies.
Awarded to those who are on their best behavior, display an outstanding mindset, and go beyond limits in their educational journey, Wolfies are a symbol of prowess. They are also an incentive for us students to work harder, and although weren't very persuasive in the past, will clearly cause some change to occur with the introduction of the store. While some of the items are considerably pricey, with the right work ethic and perseverance, anyone can accumulate enough Wolfies to purchase what they want.
Don’t know how many you have? Well, you can either ask a teacher to look it up for you, or you can check DeansList yourself. From a school chromebook, upon logging in, you should notice a Clever tab opening naturally, sign into it with whatever means works for you, scroll all the way down from the home page, and there should be a DeansList app. Click on it, and you should see your Wolfies count. Now that you know how much you have, don’t be shy to stop by every Tuesday to reap the rewards that your teachers have so graciously given you the opportunity to obtain.
