The situation between Donald Trump trying to buy Greenland

As some of you may or may not know, Donald Trump is considering purchasing the land of Greenland from Denmark. The United States of America has been trying to buy the land of Greenland for some time, as notable figures such as Vice President Nelson Rockefeller and others have done in other times, as early as 1867 to all the way to this year, 2025. In 2 of those attempts to acquire Greenland, Donald Trump was one of the last 2 to push for the purchasing of Greenland.

As the reason why there were so many purchasing attempts of Greenland is the natural resources of Greenland are not fully explored, as the climate of Greenland, which, unlike its name, suggests, is covered with ice and unexplored terrain. As for the type of natural resources the beautiful Greenland possesses, it possesses an abundance of zinc, lead, oil, iron ore, and other elements such as copper, etc. Although Greenland possesses all of these valuable resources that total around 200 billion dollars, it has yet to fully extract them. As the cost to extract lots of these valuable natural resources would be very expensive.

Of course there's more than just wanting the land for its natural resources or its beautiful views. As Greenland is positioned in a very strategic place, that is what Trump has said. Although online there have also been petitions for Denmark to purchase the U.S. as a joke.
